Cooking Method:
Step 1 – Roast Cauliflower
Toss florets with 1 tbsp oil. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
Step 2 – Sauce
Whisk tahini, soy, vinegar, maple, and sesame oil with 2 tbsp warm water until smooth.
Step 3 – Toss & Serve
Drizzle sauce over roasted cauliflower, toss gently, and serve warm.
